 Relaxation @ Your Fingertips. As Easy As 1-2-3 Sometimes, we just have to be quiet & listen. Let go for a second & just go into the sound. Receive. Really Receive. Let the sound into your body & just relax. Just Breathe, nice and deep.Big, Slow, Deep Inhales. Long, Slow, Full exhales; over and over again. No expectations, just Breathing. It only last 4 minutes so Just Relax and ride it out. Then listen to it again if you like. Repeat the phrase "I am Confident" to yourself as you listen sincerely and slowly close your eyes. Now this frequency is a little bit longer but requires of you the same sense of relaxation. And, of course, you're free to listen to this one as many times as you wish. Relax and Enjoy as you repeat "I Am Not My Past" and close your eyes. Even if you've never played with any Tai Chi, it can still benefit you.
